College and School Reopen today in MP, Odisha, Punjab, Karnataka, and Gujarat

Schools & Colleges in Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Punjab are all set to reopen today, July 26, 2021.

Schools & Colleges in various states of India are reopening today, on July 26, 2021. Karnataka is all set to reopen all its UG and PG colleges and hostels from today. On the other hand, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Punjab would reopen their schools. Students and parents are counseling to go through this report for more details on COVID 19 guidelines and SOPs.

Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Punjab State Governments had decided to reopen schools in a phased and steady manner as COVID 19 cases have decreased. At present, the schools would reopen in the states only for Class 9, Class 10, and Class 11 students.

These states and most of the other states have also decided to reopen their schools only for senior classes in the first phase. List of states reopening colleges and schools from July 26, 2021:

Madhya Pradesh: MP reopen its schools today for Class 11 and 12 students in offline mode with 50% capacity. Students must note that online classes will continue to keep the teaching-learning process in the drive.

Karnataka: Post-graduate and undergraduate colleges and hostels would reopen from today, July 26, 2021. The colleges have reported As many as 75 percent of their students are vaccinating. Students and staff have been questioning to follow COVID 19 guidelines and maintain social distancing while on campus.

Punjab: The Punjab State Government has permitted the schools to reopen today only for Class 10, Class 11, and Class 12 students. But, only vaccinated teachers and staff would be allowed to visit campuses and conduct offline classes.

Odisha: Odisha is all set to reopen all its schools from today only for a high-rank class. Today, the state would reopen schools for class 10, 11, and 12 students in the first phase. School and Mass Education Secretary mentioned that decision is applicable for both private and government schools. The School's timing will be from 10 am to 1:30 pm.

Gujarat: Gujarat reopens its schools for Class 9, Class 10, and Class 11 students today with 50% capacity. The official order stated that attendance would not be considered mandatory for the students. Hence, only those students willing to attend physical classes can come to schools.

The above states have also issued COVID 19 guidelines to be followed by the schools while conducting offline classes. Parent's consent is also a binding document to be presented to attend offline courses in these states. Students must be following protocols such as wearing masks, sanitizing hands at regular intervals, and maintaining social distancing while attending Schools & Colleges from today.
