Tata Sky has announced its rebranding to Tata Play. Tata Sky also mentioned that subscribers of Tata Play would be able to access Netflix via Tata Play membership for the Tata Binge+ services. This is the OTT service by Tata Play Service.

As per details, Tata Play subscribers can now use content from Netflix, TV Channels, and the OTT app Binge, all through a single combination plan. This partnership is essential given Tata Play is one of India’s largest Direct-To-Home (DTH) and Pay-TV operators.

As per Netflix, starting today (January 27), Tata Play DTH subscribers will access the service via 90 bundles. But details of these bundles and the price have not been revealed. These packs also include regular Binge combo packs and TV channels. However, the facility will only work with the Tata Play Binge+ Smart set-top box. Tata Play DTH users will be able to choose from Netflix’s Basic, Standard, and Premium plans via the new combo packs. The subscribers will also bill this through Tata Play’s wallet seamlessly.
